Traditional Villa in Pollensa, previously used for agriculture and as a cattle ranch. The house was reformed in the 95 and converted in a Tourist Vacacional House, according to directives of the Conselleria de Turisme of the Balearic Govern with space enough for 6 people. The property situation (at the end of a no exit lane) allows tranquillity and almost absolute privacy, being ideal for family vacations.

The Majorcan traditional structure of the house consists of three double rooms; one of them equipped with a double bed and private bath. The other single bedrooms share another complete bath. The decoration consists of a mixture of modern and rustic creating a warm and functional atmosphere.
The house has a huge dining room facing a terrace and the outside garden. A modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, vitroceramic cooktop and electric cooker along with all necessary appliances for the kitchen. Next to the house you will find a brand new barbecue, very suitable complement for the summer nights. Also on this side of the house you will find another bathroom and an attached utility room with washing machine, iron etc.
The neat and extensive garden is complemented with an irregular shaped swimming pool excavated next to natural mountain rocks creating a perfect harmony with the surroundings.
